COVID Clinic Open Thursday at Fonner Park

On Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the Central District Health Department (CDHD) is hosting a vaccination clinic at the Community Fieldhouse at Fonner Park, located at 525 East Fonner Park Road. The clinic is open to anyone over 18 years of age. Children age 18 may be vaccinated if their parent or guardian is present and gives consent at the time of vaccination.
Please register before you arrive. You can register here. If you are unable to register, CDHD representatives will help you register when you arrive.
This is for first or second doses of Pfizer. If you received a Pfizer vaccine on or before March 19, please come for your 2nd dose.
