Grand Island Entrepreneurship Center
The Entrepreneurship Center in Downtown Grand Island features private offices for rent, coworking space, a production studio, and conference room. The space offers an affordable and convenient work environment for startups, small businesses, remote workers in the growing and popular Railside community in Grand Island, Nebraska. In addition, having office space to rent, the Entrepreneurship Center offers business coaching and planning services, access to small business funding, and connections to other local resources. Monthly and yearly memberships are available, along with the ability for single day pass users.
Need a room for a small meeting or need to produce a podcast in a professional setting? Non-members can also book the conference room or production studio for a one-time use.

Office Space For Rent
We offer private office space for small businesses with short-term leases. Maximum rental of 3 years and rent increases by $50 every 6 months. Call 308-398-7425 to check availability.
- Medium office (115 SF): $279/month – one office
- Small office (85 SF): $229/month – three offices
- Includes the following amenities: secure 24/7 access to the building, free coffee and access to refrigerator, wireless internet, access to a color laser printer, access to the production studio and conference room
Coworking
Pick anywhere in the common areas to work including shared desks, standing desks, and couches - change it up daily! Private and secure lockers are available for daily storage of your personal items.
- Monthly Coworking Membership: $129. Sign up to become a member .
- Day Pass: $20. Come work for just the day. Purchase a Day Pass online.
- Includes the following amenities: secure 24/7 access to the building, free coffee and access to refrigerator, wireless internet, access to a color laser printer, access to the production studio* and conference room*.
Production Studio
Includes access to Production Studio that is set up for podcasts, photography, and videography. Production Studio must be reserved in 48 hours in advance, and initial training is required. Contact our team to schedule your training time: entrepreneurshipcenter@zi63.com.
- Non-member price: $40 for a minimum two-hour session. Additional time can be booked in 30-minute intervals.
- Members: Free access included with membership space or monthly coworking).
Conference Room
Need a room for a small meeting? We offer a conference room that holds up to 5 people comfortably. Wi-fi enabled TV with HDMI connection, and white board available. Book your conference room time.
- Non-member price: $40 for a minimum two-hour session. Additional time can be booked in 30-minute intervals.
- Members: Free access included with membership (office space or monthly coworking).

The Grand Island Entrepreneurship Center is located downtown at 407 W 3rd Street, inside the Beltzer Business & Technology Center, next to Boop’s Shooter Supply.
FAQ
Do I need to be a current student or Alumni of CCC to use become a member or lease an office?
For the most part, any small business can rent space inside the Entrepreneurship Center, we do have a few restrictions on the type of business that can use the space due to industries and occupations
Can I rent multiple offices for myself and a few employees?
Since we only have four offices available, our preference is for single-use offices. We can offer recommendations on other available office spaces in Grand Island for larger teams.
Can I my business have one office and have multiple employees use it?
If more than one employee will be using the office at a time, each person will be added to the team account as an Authorized User. Each Authorized User will incur an additional fee of $99 per month.
I don’t have a business – but work for a company that is 100% remote. Can I rent an office?
Yes, our offices are available to remote workers as well. Give us a call at 308-398-7425 to ensure that your industry is an appropriate fit for our space.
Outside of the office lease amount, are there any additional expenses that I need to pay for?
Your office lease is the only thing you pay. All utilities (gas, electric, trash, secure building access, WIFI internet are included as part of your lease). A one-time signage fee will be incurred (less than $50) to pay for signage for your name and business name next to your office and on our wayfinding signage.
Can I bring in my own office furniture?
All of our office spaces have high quality furniture in them and are supplied to you as part of your lease. You can bring in your own wall and office décor.
I am not from Grand Island and will be visiting family or friends in the area. Would I be able to get a day pass to use the workspace?
A Day Pass is a great option for people visiting Grand Island and still needing to get work done in a quiet, professional environment. Pay for your Day Pass here. If you need multiple days, you will need to process each day as a separate transaction.
